Pivot Interactives is now accepting applications for a Business Manager.

Responsibilities: primarily responsibilities include bookkeeping and HR functions.

Bookkeeping responsibilities include:

• Payroll
• Tax payments and reporting (not including end-of-year taxes)
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
  

Human Resources function include:

• Creating and maintaining an employee handbook
• Onboard new employees (arranging background checks when appropriate, reporting the hire to state and federal authorities).
• Managing employee benefits
  

Other responsibilities include:

• Being the primary point of contact for our insurance agent and accountant.
  

Qualifications: A BS in Business Administration (or similar), 2 years experience, ability to work independently.  

Hours:  Full Time  

Salary:  $47k - $52k

‍Location: Work from home, or office provided at 1897 Delaware Ave, Mendota Heights, MN 55118.
